Aegis is happy to announce enhancements to the following:
Quick Gift – Record one-off Contribution/Donation Transactions directly in CRM!
- Available from Donor Locate submodule – Donors Action menu
- One Time Batch ID is tied to each, separate Donation Transaction
- QG Batches auto-marked as Closed once Transaction processed
- Can record CC Transactions but NOT able to process in a payment processor
Batch Search Improved – Can search for Batches via the new Created By and Batch Name fields!
Inventory Change History – A Change History tab has been added to every Inventory Product record. Users can track changes to an product data which includes the Date Modified, Who Changed, and the Old and New Values.
Deceased Donors Highlighted – Now when users conduct a Locate Donor search, if a Deceased Donor is found, the text displays in red text.
All changes will be fully deployed by 4:00 PM MT on Thursday, 08-22-2024.
