Aegis CRM System Requirements
Aegis CRM is a web-based application that you access using your computer's web browser. The following minimum system requirements must be met in order to access the Aegis CRM application platform:

Rapid Entry Requirements
Users must have Microsoft .NET 4 framework installed on their computers. Depending on your current .NET framework version, the automatic Rapid Entry upgrade process may initially fail until Microsoft .NET 4 framework is installed.
Operating System Compatibility Announcements
Microsoft Windows Vista: April 2017 will see the end of the support from Microsoft for the Windows Vista operating system (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/search?alpha=Vista&forceorigin=esmc). All users should plan to upgrade away from this OS prior to April 2017. Support for Rapid Entry running on this OS will cease as of April 2017.
Note: The fact that Microsoft support of these products has been withdrawn does not mean that Aegis CRM and Rapid Entry will no longer work. However, it does increase the likelihood of issues occurring in Aegis CRM and Rapid Entry which fall outside the capabilities of Support. Users may be required to upgrade for resolution of these issues.
