Appeal Activity Summary

The Appeal Activity Summary provides a dashboard view of the appeal and its performance statistics.

• Date Last Mailed - This is the date of the most recent pull.
• Number Sent - Total number of pieces sent.  This is a total of all pulls.
• Responses Received - Total number of responses to the appeal.  This number will include non-monetary responses.
• Percent Returned - Responses Received divided by Number Sent.
• Date of Last Response - The date the last response to this appeal was received.  This number will include non-monetary responses.
• Average Per Piece Cost - Average cost per piece to send appeal.  Includes all appeal, package and segment costs.
• Average Package Cost - Average cost per package.  Includes all packages.
• Average Response Value - Total appeal revenue divided by Number Sent
• Gross Revenue - Total appeal revenue
• Fixed Appeal Cost - Total of cost from General section of appeal
• Fixed Segment Cost - Total costs from Pull Segments
• Package Cost - Total cost of all packages
• Total Appeal Cost - Total of Fixed, Segment, and Package costs
• Net Revenue - Gross Revenue minus Total Appeal Cost
