Introduction To Appeals

The Appeals Module in Aegis CRM allows you to create, manage, and monitor all forms of communications with partners and track costs to determine return on investment. Appeals are the tools you use to raise money for your organization.  An appeal can take any of the following forms:

  • Direct mailing
  • Telephone solicitations
  • Email campaigns
  • Television and radio spots
  • Events
  • Any other form of communication your organization uses

Depending on the type of appeal, Aegis CRM has the ability to track this outbound solicitation activity and monitor inbound responses to the appeal.

  • Event
    Use Event appeals to manage your meetings, dinners, conferences, conventions, etc. You can use an event appeal to manage expenses and income as well as to record attendee activity. Event appeals to not have Packages or Pulls available.
  • Acknowledgement
    Use Acknowledgement appeals as the response mechanism for other appeals. That is, when a partner replies to an appeal, Aegis CRM uses the acknowledgement appeal to know which response should be sent.
  • Solicitation
    Use Solicitation appeals to manage your direct mailing, telephone solicitations, email campaigns, television and radio spots, events, or any other form of communication that your organization uses to reach out to your partners.
  • Global Available Acknowledgement
    Use Global Available Acknowledgement as acknowledgements that you can  use for any motivating appeal.
