Uninstall Rapid Entry

There may be times when you need to uninstall and reinstall Rapid Entry for it to work correctly. Follow these steps to uninstall Rapid Entry:

  1. Open the Control Panel of your computer and locate the Rapid Entry program.
  2. Click the Rapid Entry program and then click Uninstall.
  3. If prompted, reboot your computer when Rapid Entry has been uninstalled from your computer.

If you have uninstalled Rapid Entry from the Control Panel and still receive an error when attempting to install the new version from the setup file located at https://app.aegispremier.com/RapidEntry, you may need to manually remove the Rapid Entry configuration files before reinstalling.

To delete these files, go to the "C:" drive on your computer and navigate to Users > [local user's name] > AppData (this is a hidden folder, you can show/hide these from the "View" menu in File Explorer) > Local > Apps > 2.0 (delete this folder).
