Pending Orders

Pending orders are similar to pending acknowledgements, except instead of a communication piece, a Pending Order is a product such as an audio tape, CD, or book. You can coordinate our fulfillment to send both types to a partner. For example, someone could order a coffee mug for Father's Day.  Fulfillment could pick and ship the mug as well as print a receipt and "thank you" letter.

To access the pending orders, you will need to do the following:

1. Click on the Fulfillment link in the left navigation pane:
   
   
2. Click on the Pending Orders link:
   
   

The Locate Pending Orders window is displayed:

The top portion of the Locate Pending Orders window provides a way for you to search for a specific pending orders, while the bottom portion lists the pending orders.
