Standard Flags

Flags can be used to help segment the database by specific criteria.  For example, a constituent could be flagged to never receive email.  Whenever a query is performed to create a list of email addresses, the query can be built to exclude all records with this flag.  Simply check the appropriate flags when creating or editing a constituent record .  Create custom flags for circumstances where standard flags do not apply.  The current list of standard flags are included below.

• Undeliverable Address
• No Tax Statements
• No Phone Solicitation
• Prevent Merge
• Deceased
• No Response Letters
• No Direct Mail
• No Email Solicitation
• Email Undeliverable
• VIP

In Aegis CRM, check the box next to all of the flags that apply.
