Adding an Additional Mailing Address

To add additional mailing addresses, you will need to do the following:

  1. Click on the Manage Addresses section from the Actions panel of a partner's record:



    A screen similar to the following will be displayed (note that the partner's last name and street address were removed for confidentiality):

  2. Click on the Add Additional Mailing Address link. The Add Mailing Address screen will be displayed:

  3. Enter the name to use for the address in the Address Name text field.
  4. Enter the street address, post office box, apartment information, etc. into the Secondary Address and Primary Address text fields.
  5. Enter the name of the city in the City text field.
  6. Enter the name of the state in the State/Province text field.
  7. Choose the country from the Country dropdown menu.
  8. Enter the telephone number to use while at this mailing address in the Phone text field.
  9. Click on the Validate link to validate the address.
  10. Click on the Save button to save the address. You will be notified that the address was saved:

Your screen will now look similar to the following (information has been removed for partner confidentiality):

The new address will be visible in the Additional Mailing Addresses section, and the address count next to the Manage Addresses link in the Action panel will reflect the additional address.
