Selecting the Active Mailing Address

You can choose which mailing address should be active for a given partner. To do this, you need to do the following:

1. Click on the envelope icon to the left of the active mailing address name:
   
   
   The Active Mailing Address window will be displayed:
   
   
2. Choose among the following options:
   • Choose Always use this partner's permanent address to override the seasonal address change.
   • Choose Use this partner's current address, which will be either a seasonal address if there is one active, or the permanent address if there's not to use the current address.
   • Choose Always use this mailing address to choose an address to use from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on the Save button.
